  went on Thursday in between funeral services. there was about 20 of us. we arrived in groups of 3 or 4. about 15 minutes apart. I was the first order and it was cheese Burge fries. 45 minutes later it comes out. cold and so did about.8 other burgers. some were so dry they had to be sitting for hours. the waitress mikela was great. her personality and service.was by far the best I've had in long time. she is the only reason I give any stars. she needs to be acknowledged. not sure if name is spelled correctly. some orders were cancelled and manager offered to adjust bill but I already paid. she gives a lame excuse kitchen technical problems. it's a hamburger don't lie to me like I'm stupid. the burgers were fully cooked. just serval hours before. the manager was a joke like most places but the staff was good . especially mikela. I hope you actually do something about this but most companies could care less.
